The Science Center gets an S!
Billy had a field trip this last week and I volunteered to help. They haven't really changed anything, I can remember going there for yws and literally the same displays are still up. Billy who is out of control at home was actually really good compared to other classmates. We sat through a stomach demonstration and he sat and watched, he for the most part stayed with the class and surprisingly was kind and loving. It seems like when we say morning prayers together I always ask that they are nice and kind at school but never really think that they are. But this kid got his hand stepped on and was crying so I picked him up and got him to stop crying. They were eating lunch at the time so he got back to eating lunch and about two minutes later Billy went over and sat by him and then rubbed his back. It was a shock to see him be so kind! Anyway, to me the Science Center Sucked, for kindergartners that is, it was a little over their head. I asked Billy what his favorite part was and he said, when we jumped on the steps, which was outside before we got into the center!
Most of the day included trying to keep the kids together, this was a moment when we had them against the wall and so I said, hey lets take a picture, pretty fun wall to take a picture on, maybe one of my photog friends can have one of these installed into their house.

Strange
Be the first to hear Reba's new single. I was scared to see Reba's outfits for the award show since she designed them all, but they were awesome! This video is lame, as soon as someone gets a good video on youtube I'll get that up.

Guys and Dolls
One of my friends from high school is in the play Guys and Dolls at the Arizona Broadway Theater. Another friend always wanted to go to a dinner theater, so it just made sense to put the two together. The world has sure changed in just a few years, in college I worked the sound for this same play up in Scottsdale. But I have to say, it was a little different than the play I remembered seeing about 10 times. It was a fun night and I keep wondering why I find myself in audiences where the median age is 67. Seriously I was tired almost ready to fall asleep and I couldn't believe that half of the sun city residents in the audience were still awake!
